Let's see, if I was buying a car, I'd pay you less than what it's worth just because it has those decals and modifications. I don't know how bad you've been mistreating that car while you had it for 28K miles. Usually people who have mods on their car tend to drive fast and redline it quite a bit.

Also, a stock 2002 Celica GTS in EXCELLENT condition goes for about $15K, so your car would be worth about $14K since who knows what you've been doing with it.

Yes I know the KBB value of the vehicle. There are also around $3k in performance parts coming with the car. This will add to the cost from KBB value. I want to sell it as a package and will do so for a few weeks. If noone wants it in that form, I'll revert it to stock and part out the parts. I'd make more money that way in the long run, but I'd really hate to see it be less than it is... if that makes any sense. The only reason I'm letting it go is because I bought a WRX STi.

All in all stating $18k "or best offer" is a very fair price with negotiation implied to the right buyer. If you drive a stock vehicle, and never intend on modifying it... then yes it would lower the value for you. But then again, that's not my target audience

Sorry, didn't mean to ruin your sale or anything, the mod moved it as I was posting.

I was just stating what most people would say. I didn't think it had that much money invested into it. I thought it was just a couple of parts like an intake or something.
