price range? the best brand isn't always the best choice for the price
I'm not a big fan of Polk, and I've never heard of US Audio, which isn't a good sign.

For example, the 13w7 is one of the best subs available for any price, but if you don't have an excellent front stage with VERY strong midbass, it's one of the worst choices you could make. Same goes for components, amps, headunit, etc.
