hello fellow t-bird enthusiasts. I am about to change the head gaskets on a 93, 3.8 v-6. This engine is all new to me. From the fuel line connectors to the belt tensioners. Any special tips or precautions to watch out for?? Please advise. Thanks. Jim

Re: head gasket replacement
get yourself a good shop manual, take your time, take a break when you start to lose patience. and watch out for the exhaust bolts, they like to break. id go ahead and do both banks while you have it all torn down, check the heads and block for any warping, and use new head bolts when you put it back together.
