91 s10 shift light

hey I have a prob on the shiter for the 4x4 the light is stuck on 4 low it shifts ok through the gears but the light is stuck and I dont see were there is any thing that is ajustable or any type of sender to fix does any one know how to get it right thanks

ok....the quick and easy way to fix it....here it is...prepare yourself

Electrical tape over the light

The light likes to screw up in my truck, but it really does nothing, all that it does is indicate what it is in for quick reference, aslong as the handle is in 2hi, it dosent matter.

Ohh I always like the idea of removing the bulb. I guess that I was doing the wrong thing all along.

lol sounds good to me I figured a little tape was the answer but if it was a simple fix I was going to do it right thanks for the help
