Angry annoying intake

ok ever since i swaped to mpfi, my intake makes the most annoying whistle! it starts a little before 2k rpms, im not sure how long it will go. it freakin sounds like im walking thu a football field durring practice, i dont understand how it gets that loud at such low rpms so how can i shut it up? oh and another thing since i did the swap the exhaust is reealy smokey, i put some oil burning additive and fuel injector cleaner
just now but i dont know if it will do anything, any of you guys who done the swap had this problem?
Appreciate your help.

Re: annoying intake

that sound will be there forever.. its from the TB suckin in air threw a little crack... get a CAI and it will go away...

and your engine is prolly junk... smoke means burning oil.. either rings (check by comp. check and leakdown test) or maybe its suckin threw the valve guides... if you only see smoke when you let off the gas at say 6500 RPM to shift, then its prolly in the head

white smoke usually means a headgasket, or burning brake fluid. my car burns brake fluid and it smokes white, but only when i hammer the brakes really hard, or pump them, or when i take a really sharp corner fast lol

i didnt fuck nothing up, did it with the d15 as well, its the seal on the back of the master thats shot, so its leaking into the booster, and since the boosters vaccum assisted and connected to the intake, when lots of force is applied or if it finds its way toward that hose it gets sucked up and goes into the intake manifold, i know this because i plugged off the line pumped the brakes and nothing came out, put it back on, did the same thing and it smoked out my neighbourhood
