86 blazer heater fan

86 blazer has no power to the fan motor or the switch
the fan works I tested it
I have heard of a resistor box or relay some where, but don'y know where to look to test them

Power goes from the fuses, to the switch, to the resistor, to the motor.
Start at the beginning

Re: 86 blazer heater fan

The closest wiring diagram I have is for 1989 which should be close. The blower switch gets its power on the brown/white tracer wire from the mode select switch which gets its power on the brown wire from the fuse box.
