gibson or not?

does anyone have the gibson super truck exhuast? and how do they like it...i have a vortec engine and wanna kno how it would sound..what other exhuast system would yall prefer?

Depends on what engine you have. The 4.3L should sound pretty cool with the Gibson. I have one on my full-size GMC (5.0L) and it sounds real nice: mellow at idle with a nice sound when you accelerate or get on it and it doesn't boom or resonate in the cab. At highway speeds it's not any noisier in the cab than with the stock setup.

For the 4 cyl (any version), I'd go with a Dynomx catback system using one of their Turbo Mufflers. You get the flow for improved performance, a little more exhaust note but you don't get the blatty, farty sound you're liable to end up with using a Gibson (or FlowMaster).

Just my humble opine.....
