gas guage

hi i was wondering if someone can help with this question ,i have a 95 winstar and i park on a hill along time ago and ever since my gas gauge is always wrong and my miles ,at times it tell me i have a full tank and i know i don't and then at times it show a half of a tank.it is a digtal so does someone have and clue on what i can do to fix this problem.thanks

I don't think it has anything to do with parking on a hill, I would check your fuel sending unit, or possibly have your computer checked. I believe it's going to be somewhere between those 2 possible causes.
