Idle Problem Help!

On My Way To Work In The Morning Today I Started The Aurora
And I Instantly Noticed The Car Idle Was Off Extremely Rough
I Let The Car Warm Up To Oper Temp I Shift Out Of Park To Drive And The Pick Up Is Gone The Car Vibrates Until About 20 Mph And Then It Dissappears I Come To A Red Light And The Idle Needle It Fighting To Stay At 650rpm It Just Goes Up And Down Like A Roller Coaster I Bought This Car At 60000 And Now I Have 134000 On It This Has Never Happened Before. Im Sure Someone Has Had A Problem Like This Any Help Would Be Tremendously Apprecieated!!!! Thx.. . .. .

Is the check engine light on?
Look, have some one put the scanner on it. Its an hours time in most shops. After they scan it, the tech can tell you whats up. Could be cam sensor maybe you have a plug wire thats popped off? Fuel filter, plugs.
Remember that cars are a mechanical device. Sometimes you have to replace parts as you go to see if that solves the problem.
Happy New Year!

Re: Idle Problem Help!

ok so here is the soulition for rough idle and fuel pressure problems......

fuel filter, fpr, idle control motor, spark plug & wires, and egr valve...

finally this car has a strong idle again this is the solution for rough idle or surging

i replaced all theese things in one day while i had all the parts off the car as soon as i started it up no vibration, strong idle
and no guessing game
at 134,000 i cant believe it !!!!!
