Re: ? question 4 impala aftermarket stereo sys.

I went to best buy and bought two rockford p2 subs on sale 2 for 125.00 and a class d rockford amp on sale for 150. It's rated @ 300watts @2ohms......It also has a bass remote that I mounted under my dash. I kept the factory radio, had to buy an interface to make a low level input for the amp. I am thoroughly satisfied w/ my bass. For under 300 my interior sound is awesome. Suprisingly, you really can't hear much outside w/ the windows rolled up. The Imps trunk is perfect for bass. I might even go for 15's one day. Good luck. If it sounds good to you ......who really gives a damn what brand you use. Actually this is the first NEW amp/ speakers I've ever owned. Beat down the block!

ummmm ok i have a question
why would you want to rattle peoples windows why would you not want it nice to listen to in you car and if the guy next to you can hear it thats a plus .... Personaly i have had my fair share of systems that from 15 feet away would make you want to puke i install systems like that today but always try and talk the customer down from what the want not that i dont like the money they give me i feel that unless it is for a show that kind of thump makes your car a target for some crack head looking for a rock

rattling windows is annoying ! lol

I'll second that.
If you need this to get you noticed, you have other issues you need to address.

Ditto. My systems I sell and install will make your nuts bleed but roll up the windows and they'll sound like any OEM stereo.

I had a jensen deck that was replaced for free 3 times under its short warrenty... I can say i'm surprised your stuff hasn't overheated or shut off with my experience with them. =D

Onto the authors subject, the house window rattleing gets old fast, especially at 2 am. So don't be one of those guys.
