Tranny Leak?

I have a few drops of red fluid (ATF) hanging on the bottom of my car. I am attaching a link to view where I see it coming from. If you could tll me what it is, and how hard it would be to fix it, I would be very greatful.

Re: Tranny Leak?

Tightened 3 bolts on cover approximately 1/2 turn each. Leak gone (for now).

Re: Tranny Leak?

The windstar uses a re-usable gasket.
So...tightening up the bolt will most likely be the solution...as in...it should last

Re: Tranny Leak?

Im still wondering what is under this round cap. Should there be ATF fluid in there. Is it some type of bearing?
