I have donated half of my hail damage insurance claim ($650) to charity through organizations that are trying to help the ones who are affected through this tragedy. I am glad that many others are also donating money to help those in need.

some of the videos are pretty scary. i can't imagine being in the same position as the people over there are now. my thoughts and prayers go out.
just a warning on some of the vids though. also, people, be careful that you donate to an established fund because there have already been cases popping up of total fuck-wits scamming people with "tsunami fund" claims.

damn, thats just really amazing how it doesn't look that big and yet all the damage it caused. I just feel terrible for all the people over there. My heart truly goes out to them. Shit like that really makes you realize how fast everything can change.
