replacement bulbs

I know I saw a site or it was mentioned in this forum about reverse lights that you can buy that are brighter for cars that had the windows tinted. Does anyone know where this is? Also, are there brighter bulbs like te Sylvania Silverstar for foglights w/out having to change the whole fog light unit? I appreciate the help.

Yes,there is a 880 driving bulb and also front marker bulbs in SilverStar but walmart does not carry those bulbs, only the headlights.
