Fuel Pump Fuse 95 Royale 88

Anyone know where the thing is on a 95? I havn't found it, trying to change out my fuel filter, so I need to find it in order to release remaining fuel in lines to change filter. Thanks. (In the Haynes 19020 book, one section, on 4-2, syas on later models, the fuel pump fuse is located in the relay center on the right hand side of insturment panel. "And should be labled." In another section, same page, for picture 3.13, it says the fuel pump relay is located in the engine compartment.) Which one do I want? And where is the blasted thing? HELP! Thanks.

If you want to depressurize the system, dissconnect the negative side of the battery, get a small container and relieve the pressure by opening the scrader valve at the fuel injection fuel rail located on the engine near the fuel pressure regulator. The only thing is you may have to reprogram you radio stations.LOL

It is located in the passenger side fuse panel under the dash. It should be fuse 5...it is on my 94 but they might have changed it.

EDIT: check your owners manual:
