Thats a good link wong. I always use a proper resporator when spraying in the shed and using resin but i could do more to improve ventilation when i work in my room. Let this be a lesson to us all and lets take care of our selves...and each other!!!

Good article!
This should be in every modelers tool kit: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...12230215302434 ![]() Must be double filter!! Also, if you use spraypaint use it outside on a windless day! same goes with airbrush! If you use it inside use it in a room with a lot of opened windows, or build a spray booth with properly rated fan Health before Hondas, or something like that

GEZZZZZZZ
....IMO if we listen to every darn thing that ppl tell us that is good and bad we would never leave the safty of our beds each day.Probably worse walking/driving around in the middle of town in peck rush hour breathing in fumes from cars.

BTW - The chemicals we tend to get on our hands absorbs in the skin and can reach your liver in less than 30 minutes!! Wash your hands regularly while building and immediately when chemicals get on them.. I have personally gotten very ill from having thinner absorbed into my skin. Everything tasted strange for about a week and I was constantly nauseated the whole time. NO FUN!!!

you guys crack me :hehehe: dont you know everything you do is wrong..... one day there an article in the news paper "eating apples is bad for you health" next day different news paper " eating apples makes your blood run better therefor is good for you" everything is bad....they dont know what to come up with.... just use your common sense.... you know that paint is bad for you, do it "in a well ventilated are" just like the can said... i've been doing this for a long time now, and never had any problems, never cut myself, never had a headache from the paint.... im a student pilot, and b4 i started i know i would loose some hearing cause the damn engine from the cessna, did it stoped me, hell no... by reading this and been too close to the monitor you could be getting headaches, loosing your vision, etc.... as i said everything in life is risky, and you have to make desitions...... oh, and stop licking the brush
