98 contour wiring
i installed a stereo into a 98 contour,but there is no acc on ignition.ihooked the acc from stereo to harness but now the battery keeps dying.how can i do this without killin battery but keeping power to memory?
plz help gorb |

what did you hook the acc to in the harness? There should be a memory wire (yellow) that hooks into the harness and has a constant power supply and that is what keeps the memory (obviously). But the acc, if hooked up right, shouldnt be drawing power with the car off. Unless you have it hooked to a constant, and you are forgetting to turn the cd player off.
