95 Jimmy SLT 4x4 O2 sensor code/Passenger side window problem

Greetings,


I recently bought a 95 Jimmy SUV from a private party (two days ago)
within 12 hours the Check Engine Soon light came on. In taking it to Auto Zone the clerk checked and told me it was the code for the oxygen sensor. Which he promptly sold me for $65. Now I have no clue where the sensor goes, or if there is more than one of these animals on the Jimmy. Any help in this area??? Secondly my passenger side window will not go up or down with the drivers side control button and moves ever so slowly with the passenger side button, any ideas on the window problem?? You need to go and find out WHICH O2 sensor it was and what the exact code was.

I had Auto Zone check the codes again. The clerk gave me the following

P0141 and a new one 1406.

Any ideas where these are??

Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit Malfunction

Fix: REplace the O2 sensor that is just before the CAT convertor.

P01406

EGR Pintle Location Wrong

FIX: Remove EGR valve and clean it out and reinstall it with a new EGR gasket which is about $3. Use Throttle body cleaner to clean out the valve and remove any checks of carbon blocking the pintle open.

Truck must be running like shit with these two codes.

Don't let this go for a week, it will foul the plugs.

Do it ASAP.

Also, reset your computer by pulling the negative battery cable after the repair are finished so the computer can rest and relearn the new efficient fuel ratio.
