Front Urethane Bushings......

My mechanic tells me that my front end bushings are starting to wear and should be replaced this spring when I have new tires mounted. He showed me a rubber donut looking bushing on the control arms - which I assume are part of the sway bar assembly - not the control arm bushing itself.

Others have posted about the pro's and con's of various materials and brands of bushings in the forum.

What exactly should I be shopping for - is there a name for the component? Is it available in a kit or individually? Are there multiple bushings that I should replace at the same time? Source?

I need to purchase and supply the parts and then my mechanic will do the work....
