general thermostat question
i know this isnt BMW forums, but i dont want to wait for a response from them.
anyway, i replaced my heater core. added coolant, started it up, and the core doesnt heat up. neither does the radiator. my guess is bad thermostat cuz no coolant is flowing. is that a possibility??

i think my uncle was having problems with his car with that also, but from what i know of after her put the new thermo on he had no problems.
oh but one one thing is it was corvette

its the thermostat. i just tested it and it didnt even work in beyond boiling water. there were cracks in it, i think it might have froze.

yep sounds like a sure thing.....what kind of beamer you got? NVM 735 i see it now. How you like it compared to your old s13??

tad late on the reply...
the bimmer is a much more solid car than the s13 was. definetly faster, but its a beast of course. handles well, could use some suspension, as i could use some cash. its in excellent condition, would look newer if it had a paint job and some armor all taken to it...
