I posted a thread a few weeks back, but i didnt have any success so im gonna try it again a little different. So, this is my car http://www.cardomain.com/id/typeshluder. I never got into the audio scene, but now i think i was a little something. I want a sub mounted flush in my trunk, meaning its built into the spare wheel well. I think thats called a false floor. So now im on to what brand amp and sub. Remember i just want one 10 or 12 inch sub and a good matching amp to power it, none of that other crazy shit. I asked about audiobahn and just basically got replies saying audiobahns suck, but i dont see how any high end speaker could suck that bad. Im not talking about the $50 speakers that claim 1000w, cuz yes im sure they suck horribly. I love ebay by the way and i found this AWT10X, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW. Yes its audiobahn, but it seems very nice. The 10inch is a 1000w rms and 2000w max so the ebay site is a misprint. Its a 2003 model so its not on the main page on audiobahn. Its under tech support, 2003, linear compression. So yeah, What do u guys think?

If you give us a price range it'll help people here better determine what you can get. Also, do you want the bass to sound really good or get fairly loud, or maybe somewhere in-between?

maybe $600 at the most for the sub and amp and as long as it sounds good i dont care.
