how to access headlamp bulb

Hi all. Can anyone tell me how to access the headlamp bulbs for replacement on a 99 Grand AM?

Remove the black plastic cover which extends from fender to fender. Look carefully for two black "quick clips" behind each headlight assembly. Wiggle and jiggle these clips in an upward direction. There is a small depression lock that has to be released by pushing the clip toward the windshield while pulling up. Once that is done change the bulb or bulbs. Putting the "quick clips" back in the grooves can be a little tricky though. Len........
