'96 taurs gl stutters

i have a 1996 ford taurs gl 12volt 3 liter v6 engine and when in park/idle/driving it will stutter.

it seems to stutter when i cruise at (does same with/without cruise)
60mph once in a while and when i'm in overdrive it will start stuttering
around 50mph. and it doesn't seem to matter whether or not the car is warm or cold it will stutter in park/idle.

i have replaced the following: fuel filter,air filter,plugs,wires,pcv valve.

nothing seems to work and i don't have the money to bring it to a repair shop. i'm relatively savvy with cars so i know where stuff is and how to replace it.

i've searched these (and many other) forums for the same problems but either they are wording their problems different or i'm the only one experiencing them.
