amp remote turn on??

hey im installin a new 500 watt pyle sub w/ a built in amp and the wiring kit said to attach a blue remote turn on wire to the stereo's amp remote or power antenna control wire.

well i found the remote turn on imput on the back of my stereo and since the wire is just a wire w/ no rca plugs on it or any thing what type of plug should i put on it? the sterio imput is about the size of a stereo head phone plug.....i hope that helped

shouldn't need to put any plug on it at all. just run the remote wire from the stereo into your amp's remote inpute. you can simply wrap the wire around the screw or put a 'u' connector on the end. does that help???

yea kinda, i kno what to do on the amp's end of the wire, but the stereo out is a female plug do i put the screw or u connector in the female plug?

i'm not sure why there is a plug on the wire coming out from the head unit. but you don't need it. i'd just cut it off and splice the wire. just run that back to the amp, that should be it. the amp just needs that wire to be connected so the amp shuts on and off with your head unit.
