serpentine belt slip
the serpentine belt on my 97 transport slipped off the crankshaft pulley, anyone have this happen, and how to fix?

Replace the belt and the tensioner. The tensioner is designed to keep the belt in place, when it becomes weak it can allow the belt to come loose and fly off the pulleys.
