2001 Sable winshield washer - no spray

I have a 2001 Sable GS. The winshield washer does nothing but dribble all over my hood on the driver's side (of course). It seems to work just fine on the passenger side. All of the hoses seem to be okay - no crack that I can see, no visible leaks. This makes it rough here in Ohio in the winter. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Use a small paper clip or straight pin to clean out jet.
