Honda Odyssey and honda pilot ????

Back in the late 1980s honda had 2 Offroad Buggies they manufactured. One was called the honda pilot , the other the honda odyssey. The pilot was a 400CC, and the odyssey came in a 350cc size and i think 250cc. And now honda has Vehicles called the Odyssey and pilot. Is this a coinsciedence or was it planned? Anyone have any info on this. I know its not taht important but i was j/c.
