Does cat converter really make a difference?
I wanna buy a cat converter on ebay. Does it create very loud noise and increase horsepower?

uhhh if you dont have one your car is fucking loud. If you live in California or Florida your ass will get tickets for that shit. Just buy a complete hi flow catback exhaust system and headers you should get a 10 - 15 + hp boost.
