Angry 1991 Chevy Caprice SW Locks & Windows

Two issues. First, my power locks work sometimes and other times they do not. Any idea what is causing this and how do I fix it.

Second, driver window goes down, but not back up unless I pound on the door. Again any idea what is causing this and how do I fix it.

Thanks for the help.

Power locks i would suspect a relay is sticking or dirty contacts.(i have same prob.
windows possibly the nylon guide sticking in track.
remove door panel & check or lubricate.

The lock linkage needs cleaning/lubrication.

If your lock motors are really old, the rubber boot is probably shot, letting the elements inside the motor.

If the window goes down but not up, the motor is weak/getting ready to quit.

They do that because the window lift mechanism needs cleaning/lubrication. A new motor will work "for a while" then quit again.

Easy fixes.
