Sl500 Rims and tires?

I want Lowenharts...Br 5 or Lr 5 's

what wheel size and tires should I get? I dont not want to Sacrafice any of the ride preformance.

What size wheels are you going to get for the SL500?
Here are some of the acceptable tire sizes for your car

245/45-17 25.7

245/40-18 25.7
275/35-18R 25.6

245/35-19 25.7
275/30-19R 25.5

I was thinking about 8.5x18 fronmt and back...but the stock rim size is 8.5x17.

Will I be sacraficing a lot of ride?

Ride quality would only marginally be affected .... and you can use the same size on all 4 corners of your car
