Lightbulb b16 into accord

kinda new to this i have done research all over on swapping a b16a2 into a 95 accord ex the better swap would be a h22 but i have a b16 setting in my garage just setting there. some people say they have done it and others say the b16 is to small for the accord. any opinions?

The b16 isn't too small for the accord, but the power gains are very minimal compared to the amount of work you'll do to swap it in. You gain 15 hp(145 vs 160), but you lose 30+lb/ft torque(150ish vs 115). This could be offset by adding a turbo later, but that brings another set of hassles with the b16s high compression and vtec head. All that plus new motor mounts, tranny mating etc.

Your biggest advantage at this point is just having the engine already. If I were you, I'd try to sell it and use the money for h22 or h23 if you want turbo or sc later
