Montanavision question...

I've got a 2003 Montana with the Montanavision system, and recently noticed that the center speaker (up by the screen) is actually missing. I suspect it was removed as part of a cost reduction effort.

Does anyone else with a 2003 have the center speaker? You can check with a flashlight shined up through the grill. You'll see the metal of the roof if it isn't there. Also, does anyone with a 2002 have the speaker to know when it was removed?

If it was removed for cost reductions (like the 2nd horn, the rear side carge net, the coolant level sensor, only 2 headphones, and probably some other things I've yet to find), then does anyone know if it can be purchased and installed?
