Dead Interior Lights

Hi All

This is my first post, so please be kind.

I have resently purchased a '99 Passat, had a few problems that I can fix, but something I can't figure out is I have no interior lights.

There is no blown fuses/bulbs and there seems to be power but no light from any of them, front back or courtesy lights?

Any Ideas

P.S All control unit lights are okay, just changed the bulb under the fan switch, that was fun!

Fuse #14 powers the lights via the comfort & convenience module undder the driver's seat. Have you ever had water in the floorboards? Which lights exactly don't work?
