He's a little bitch, and I'm just sitting there on my bike thinking "what the hell?" I kept telling him to piss off, fuck off, etc, but he kept pressing it, so I started yelling at him, I don't want to fight him, but he insists his brother will kick my ass, bullshit he can, and even if he does, i'll find out where this fucker lives, and i'll get my contacts onto him, he has NO idea who the hell he's dealing with here

I think kicking his ass would be illegal? Im not sure about where you live, but in the US if your an adult (18 or above), and lay a finger on anyone 17 or younger its a HUGE no no and automatically your fault. I really don't see how you can get the cops involved because of a dumb 12 year old that tries to pick on you. My advice, just to be on the safe side, is get someone you know really well thats 16 or younger to kick his ass If he doesn't start to leave you alone. Besides that it seems like the only thing to do is stay away form him.

And if others say you were beating him up, just tell them you were playing around and if you wanted to do damage you could have punched him. Or, act like you don't care. The thing that always gets me about kids like this are they talk smack, but then say "Ill get my brother to kick your ass" One thing I noticed from grade school was the kids that talk a lot of shit usually get made fun of and picked on quite a bit. You should just annoy him, even though i konw its hard as hell to do, just go about riding and act like you dont hear him. That will tick him off even more.

heres what i would do, but im an asshole. Your big hes small, he rides a smaller bike, you ride a bigger bike, you weight alot he doesnt. Next time you see him riding around on the park, just run into him with your bike and knock his ass flying. He cant do anything witht he police cause it was an accident and the park cant do anything cause you sign a waver. If that doesnt work, repeat as necessary, im sure a few bruised and skinned knees and elbows will teach him.
