Question 84 BroncoII interior makeover

Im in a situation where i need to replace headliner, seats, carpet, and i want to replace the dash with something new/ newer looking. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. I have all the parts (except for the headliner) and it just needs a face lift. Im 16 and its going to be my starter car. I am definately not hesitant to turn some wrenches. Im looking for some kits or parts or general suggestions(like i have heard that explorer seats are compatible), web pages that you guys like. I want something nice and not a head turner in the opposite direction.

Any help will be appreciated.

Question

For the headliner I would go to most large fabric stores(for example Joanne Fabrics) they will sell you the foam backed headliner. For a Bronco 2 it would be around $20-25. Just pull the old one down strip off the old and glue the new one one(outside). You can use many glues I found the best to use is floor adheasive. Have help putting it back inside so you don't bend it

I replaced my seats (in my BII) with those from a camaro. (The ones from my lincoln wouldn't fit around the console.)

The thing is the floor pan on the BII accomodates the F-Drive Shaft on the LEft, and the Right one is designed to "Flip-up". What I did was unbolt both from the floor, then remove the "pedastals" from the seats. (10mm) . I removed the pedastals from the Camaro seats, then attatched the BII hardware to them. (Worked like a charm.)

It can't be that tough to buy a complete set.
