which car to buy..

i currently have a gtr r32 but i want to buy my brother a car for his birthday since he has his licence now and everything

my budget is 7-8k

he wants the fastest 4 banger u can get for that price
i'm thinking either a galant vr4 4wd turbo or maybe an old silvia

can anyone recommend a car? or let me know which is the best for that price?
