yeah i already tried it, theres plenty of sites that talk about the theory but i was hopin to find someone that could explain how it worked exactly.

what Exactly do you need to know?
hit RPMs and vtec kicks in,
I-vtec has the automatic retard/advance of cam timing so its even more potent beast.
