1990 olds cutlass

my 1990 olds cutlass brakes lights are feeding back through my dash lights and front parking lights, when my head lights aren't on. when my lights are on my brake lights stay on and when I press the brake peddel the light a little dimmer.

From what I have found on here and I also have had to do with both my 89 and 90 cutlass's in try replacing the turn signal switch, for some reason they are all connected
