How to replace Fuel Filter

I have a 1990 Bronco II with 150K miles. I don't think that the Fuel Filter has ever been replaced? How do I replace it??

IS this EFI? There is a Fuel Filter on the Driver's side rail. (I'm assuming it's that way b/c my full-size ones have them there.)

You release the pressure on the gas line. (The little button on the fire-wall- above your clutch or brake pedal.) Crank the engine to clear it out. Then you crawl under- release the clamp on the filter. Phillips head or 5/16" (8mm). Then release the duck clips. (Flat-head "regular" screwdriver.)

Pull the filter off of both ends. (Start with the lower- watch for gas leaking.) Reverse for installation. (Except you crank the engine after you pull the button on fuel line.)

You have to be sure to relieve the pressure on the line before you disconnect anything. I didn't do that once, and got a FACEFULL of gasoline. (Compared to getting gas in your eyes, the taste isn't all that bad.)
