Prelude F22 to H22 swap help

Would a F22 sohc non vtec to H22 vtec dohc engine swap be hard, and what all would I need. I have a 94 prelude S.

Search on google for the Accord -> H22A swap. There is one out there, I remember finding it when I did my swap. Since the F22A is an Accord engine, the swap should be extremely similar if not the same.
