Oil light on when Idling help!
May oil pressure light is on when engine is idling but when I accelerate it turns off, only to come back on when I teke my foot off the pedal and the engines starts to idle again. Any info will be appreciated.

when your car is at idle is it at 1000 rpm or way under that if its way under than thats why it turns on and that will explain why when you give it gas it turns off basicaly when at low rpm like that the motor isnt turning enough rpms to make the oil or any fluid run through the motor right

Greetings
Assuming the oil level is OK, then you may have a bad oil pressure sensor if you are lucky, or worn crankshaft bearings on a high mile engine if you are not. RG
