i hate snow

i was getting into my car the other day and saw that my front bumper had a sizable crack in it. It must have happen from a snow drift hith ice in it. for now i am just going to repair it from behind.
I see all the clips holding the bumper on. how hard is it to take it off and put it back on.
any one know a web site with a good diagram.

Re: i hate snow

u should take it off by removing the screws holding the grill in, then remove the screws next to it, then the screws in the wheel well, then the two nuts under the car

Re: i hate snow

I wish it would snow here in VA. It's been rather bland lately.

Re: i hate snow

You can have the two feet of snow we just had in KY. I was buried in ice for the entire weekend and couldn't go anywhere.

Re: i hate snow

here in the cincinati / dayton area we got like 17 inches. if i didnt park my car in my parent's driveway the snow plow would have covered my car. i still couldn't leave in my car for about 2 days.

here in ohio we had (i think) about 8 inches, and i was out in it before most of the plow trucks... currently, my front bumper cover bottom is cracked, and i cut it off. i have a few small dents in the side of the body from various issues, but other then that i havn't had any problems. havn't been stuck, passed 4x4's in ditches. I love my car The bumper cover was already in need of replacement anyway, and the dents i can pull (the car is getting fresh paint in the springtime, gotta get rid of that green fender-on-silver car look.)

Re: i hate snow

if the ice didnt do it then it would have been from me driving it through a small snow drift, and since it was frozen it wouldnt have been hard for it to break.
