Hey. After the supposedly successful swap of my turbocharger, my car is overheating. Made it about 7 miles to work before the temp approached redline and I shut her down to prevent damage.
The coolant level didn't budge. And I got nothing but cold air out of my heater. Is there something simple and stupid I might have forgotten that could have caused this? Or should I just suck up my pride and have it towed? |

Water Pump is problably shot. In 01+ vw's the water pump breaks internally inside the engine and the engine overheats because coolant is not being pumped (plastic breaks) . The engine cools fine while at idle, but when you go to drive it the coolant boils and the car overheats.
