the HKS hi-power (i have one) is not loud, i like that. it has a deep sound to it.
i don't know about the Mild steel stuff but mine is not light. i got the resonator box too.
intake... get any kine DZNT matter dude... my HKS one is noting but a spunge bob in a cage. Really its a yellow spunge that is 1cm thick... get any filter...they all work well..

its called money...my insurance is due in February and I have 500 more than the insurance...just trying to play it safe...after the Exausht(2 weeks) i think ill save my money for the Auto to Manual Swap... Should I buy the Tranny and have it done at a friends shop or should I Buy it and have it installed somewhere where they know what theyre doing for sure?
