Engine Swap???

My 1990 CougarXR7 has blown head gaskets. I have the option to buy a wrecked 1991 Cougar with a 3.8L - no supercharger with 90,000K for $400. Would I be able to use this engine? If so, would my supercharger be able to be installed on it? And, are the exhaust connections the same or different? Any information provided would be deeply appreciated. I have read other engine swap threads, but I haven't seen anything regarding a supercharged swap with a non-supercharged engine. Thanks.
