Wheels & Deals
Hey. im looking at getting some rims and i didnt want to go too big cause I dont want the ride to get bumpy but i still didnt want the stock hub-caps on there. I found a set of 15" silver 6 spokes with universal fit with tires for $725 (includes warrenty). Will It show the differnece between a 15" and 14" Because if i get 14" rims i can keep my tires and cut the cost. How will the ride be changed with a 1 inch change. Thanks

Re: Wheels & Deals
Good question, bro. I actually have a similar problem. I'm also trying to get new rims for my car, but i'm downsizing to a 15' from a 16' (Sentra SER 03') Just to save money. It cost me like $120 for tires if I keep the 16' and if I get 15' it only costs me $69. I wanted to go up to 17's, but the cost is a little bit lower than what i'm paying now. (around $96) Any idea? Any Suggestions?

Re: Wheels & Deals
1 inch matters more the smaller you go. id get 15s on the b13 and a b15 can handle 15s and look nice too if its dropped correctly. 16s are the biggest b13s should have, b14s and b15s can use 15s to 17s, but 18s start to look goofy
b13 is decent with 14s too because its so small though, so its your call

Re: Wheels & Deals
The ride will be perfectly fine with 15's. You won't even notice a difference. Except with the handling(which will be better).
KATIN: Doesn't the extra cost of buying new rims cancel out the difference in tire prices?

Re: Wheels & Deals
it does, but in the long run it would be cheaper I guess.
