'98 Honda Civic HX
Hi! I want to buy my little brother (he is 16) a car and I was looking at this 1998 Honda Civic HX with a 5-speed it has 102,000 miles on it. It's fairly cheap (< or > than $4,000). All I want to know is the car reliable, worth the money, and should I buy something else with a lower mileage? Please give me your advice. Thanks
