wifes car wont start 1997 sebring
ok it got cold car wont start jump it works for about a day or so.
next day car wont start jump it.. runs fine.. Ok thinking battery altenator possible loose belt so battery wont charge.... charge battery dosnt hold it ok so i get a new battery put it in.. emediatly try to start car... nothin starter makes clicking sound but wont start. Hmm im thinking lill odd. the only thing i can think of being used other than the battery, is the starter maybe its going bad.. Get new starter.. Try to start car still nothin.. But will jump just fine? Dont get it i can build a 91 nissan 240/silvia convertion from the cround up but cant fix a freekin ingnition problem. Oh P.S. I hate my wifes car....

trying cleaning your battery cables and making sure that there's a good ground.. other than that, like you said alternator or maybe a loose belt

I'd try replacing the battery cables. It sounds like you've got a damaged one.
