squeaky seat belt

I have a 98 grand caravan. The driver's shoulder harness squeaks as it travels back and forth while going down the road. I hav tried silcone spray but it did not help. It drives me nuts. Any ideasw?

I have the exact same problem in my 96 and driving me crazy. I think the webbing itself is glazed and needs a new seatbelt assy. Let me know if you find any fix.
