heater switch

is anyone elses switch burn. like as in turns black from heat. mine does we have replaced it but it did it agian. any advice?

srry not very clear. when you take apart the switch for the fan (Left one) the white plastic peice behind it. mine is always getting burned and black. anyone know why?

The recall is valid for 150,000 mi or 10 years. No cost
