Door Locks, interior lights, radio power when ignition off

My 98 Caravan had the door locks, interior lights, radio clock power, etc all stop working. I think it is a circuit breaker or relay (all fuses seem ok) but cannot figure out which one. Any help would be apprecited.

Heres the fix man, under ur hood the fuze box the very first 15amp draw fuze is blown i looked , cuz i dont giv up on the first shot and seen it was blown, that will fix ur issue !!! :-) do it man it'll fix it!!!
